Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of invoice. Please carefully review Nasoni's Return Policy details and conditions below. Nasoni reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Return Policy, at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Return Policy periodically for changes. This Return Policy is only applicable for products purchased directly from

Shipping costs are refundable only if we made a mistake or there is a defect with the product. Otherwise you are responsible for return shipping costs.



Please kindly re-pack the product in its original box, or a box of equivalent strength. The unit should be packed in the same manner as it came to prevent damage in shipping. Please return everything that was in the original box, including any free items if applicable. Be sure to drain out all water from wet systems and parts and wrap them in plastic bags before packing. 


Return Address

Before returning any product, you must obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) from Nasoni. No returns are authorized without it. Once authorized, return the product to Nasoni’s address below

Return Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for the return shipping fees on all products, unless the return is due to our error or manufacturer defect.


Order Cancellation

Customer can cancel the order for any item provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process. The item cannot be cancelled if it has already shipped out. However, customer can return the item for a full refund (purchase price excluding shipping and handling).



All refund amounts will be based on the manufacturer's warranty and Nasoni Return Policy. Refunds will be issued back to the original method(s) of payment for the order within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned products. All packages will be inspected to determine the condition of the returned products.


1.Full refund (purchase price excluding shipping and handling) - If the system and filters, along with installation hardware and accessories are completely unused and returned in their original, unopened packaging.

2.Charge 15% to 50% re-stocking fee (depending on condition) from purchase price – If the system is used, non-defective, item packaging is opened, or items are missing.
