Nasoni warrants the structural components of your faucet—such as the faucet body and fixed hardware—to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser under normal residential use.

5-Year Warranty – Mechanical Arms & Moving Parts

Components subject to movement, including the faucet’s mechanical arms or articulated parts, are covered for a period of five (5) years, provided they are used in accordance with installation guidelines and show no signs of abuse, misuse, or unauthorized modification.

3-Year Warranty – Electronic Components

Electronic components—including sensors, smart modules, and internal technology—are covered for three (3) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer defects but excludes damage due to improper installation, tampering, or exposure to unapproved conditions.

Software Support Guarantee

Your purchase includes free software and firmware updates for 5 years from the date of activation, ensuring ongoing performance, security, and enhancements to your bathroom wellness experience.
